Before taking part in this program, make sure to read these terms. You have to agree with these terms before you are able to sign up.

The minimum age to partake in this program is 18 years. It is your responsibility to only partake in this program if you are both over 18 and of legal age in your country of residence.

Our Pooling program, 4x Cashback, is not available to the general public. 4x Cashback reserves the right to accept or decline any member's application for membership without explanation, at 4x Cashback's sole discrection. The use of our program is restricted to approved members. Each transaction is considered as a private transaction between 4x Cashback and the member.

As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.

All information on the 4x Cashback website is property of 4x Cashback and may not be published anywhere on or off the internet, without prior written approval from 4x Cashback. You agree that all correspondence with 4x Cashback is confidential. The information on this website and any communication with this website are not to be regarded as an offer or a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor intended for any person to whom it would be unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation.

4x Cashback respects member's privacy. All member data given to and collected by 4x Cashback is confidential and will not be shared, rented, sold or in any other way disclosed to any third party. Under no circumstance will 4x Cashback be liable or held responsible for any loss of data that may occur.

4x Cashback reserves the right to change any and all guidelines, term and conditions, payment structure, products at any time WITHOUT prior notification.

Any transaction made with 4x Cashback is made at your own risk. You understand that past result are no guarantee for similar future results. Information on and communications with this website are informational only and should not be considered as an investment advice. You agree to hold owners and members of 4x Cashback harmless of any liability.

It is the express goal of 4x Cashback to continuously provide to the participants a percentage of the company's revenue. It is understood that nothing is guaranteed and all percentages are determined by incoming revenue to the company.

It is your sole responsibility to be aware of 4x Cashback's current terms. 4x Cashback reserves the right to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Changes to these terms may be made to respect the integrity and security of 4x Cashback. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only resource is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the 4x Cashback program after a change has been made will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Under no circumstance will 4x Cashback be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, costs and/or losses arising out of or related to these terms, or resulting from any violation of these terms and/or use of the 4x Cashback website. You agree not to use this website for any illegal activities, and not to participate in the 4x Cashback program if this violates any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation.

You agree not to publicly post any derogatory and/or slanderous statements about 4x Cashback or any of it's owners. Any member found posting negative votes on public forums or rating websites, without having tried to resolve any issues by contacting 4x Cashback, will have their account cancelled immediately and irreversibly.

Spamming by means of newsgroup postings with hyperlinks, e-mail links, ICQ, Instant Messages or any other practice that is illegal or could reflect negatively on our program is strictly prohibited. Members violating these terms will be immediately and permanently removed from
